The settlement ensures both parties retain their individual earnings during the marriage, with no spousal support required. Lopez will revert to her maiden name, “Lopez,” after previously adopting “Affleck” post-wedding.

Lopez, 55, filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, citing their separation date as April 26, 2024, coinciding with their wedding anniversary from their 2022 ceremony.

The couple’s relationship began in 2002 after meeting on the set of Gigli. This marked Lopez’s fourth marriage and Affleck’s second, concluding a highly publicized chapter in their personal lives.
