Nollywood actress Chika Ike has dismissed social media speculation linking Senator Ned Nwoko to the paternity of her unborn child.

Addressing the rumors on Instagram, Ike stated, “Ned isn’t the father of my child… I’m not about to be anyone’s seventh wife! Polygamy isn’t for me.” She criticized those spreading false reports, emphasizing her commitment to privacy.

Nwoko also denied the claims, releasing a statement through his Director of Communications on Monday, calling the rumors “entirely baseless and a product of malicious speculation.”

The speculation intensified after Regina Daniels, Nwoko’s wife, deactivated her Instagram account, fueling public gossip. However, both parties have urged the public to disregard the claims.
