Nigerian superstar Davido will headline the 2025 Summerjam Festival in Germany alongside Jamaican reggae icon Vybz Kartel from June 4–6, 2025. This follows Burna Boy’s performance as a headliner in 2024.
Other artists set to perform include Beenie Man, Morgan Heritage, and other dancehall and reggae stars.
Davido’s 2025 has been eventful, with the singer announcing his upcoming single, ‘Be There Still’, set for release on March 15, ahead of his new 17-track album, ‘5ive’, dropping on April 18. The album features previously released singles ‘Awuke’ (ft. YG Marley) and ‘Funds’ (ft. Chike & OdumoduBlvck).
The album is expected to include a collaboration with Omah Lay, who described it as a perfect partnership, while Adekunle Gold has teased a possible appearance. Davido describes ‘5ive’ as “one straight from the heart.”
Before his Summerjam Festival performance, Davido will compete in six categories at the 17th Headies Awards, including Artist of the Year.
