Renowned chef Hilda Baci has announced plans to empower aspiring chefs across Nigeria and beyond through her upcoming Christmas Menu Cooking Class. Set to run from November 4 to December 9, 2024, the initiative aims to equip participants with essential culinary skills while promoting economic stability, particularly among women.

Baci emphasized the importance of training women to be economically independent, highlighting the positive impact on Nigeria’s economy. The program offers over 160 recipes, advanced plating techniques, and video editing skills, and includes a chance to win prizes like a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and ₦10 million cash.

Participants will receive certification upon completing the course, preparing them for successful culinary careers.
