Adesope Olajide, the presenter of the Afrobeats Podcast, recently asked him about his own thoughts on the unsolved difficulties between him and his brother.

“All we see publicly is ‘Oh, the duo has separated and they can’t settle, but personally as a human being in quiet moments. How do you feel that you can’t work out?” Adesope asked.

Rudeboy expressed his frustration, saying he would rather not talk about the feud in order to prevent his words from being misunderstood.

‘I’m going to say something and I’m sorry. I know it’s a show but I’d rather not say anything. I’m tired of this twisting of statements; you’re a fan of Psquare and it’s my family. So why would I say something now that would turn into something else? Let’s stick to the Rudeboy,” the singer replied.

This comes after he disclosed that on August 1, 2024, the P-square duo had broken up once more. Paul went on to say that Peter had petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), inviting him in, along with their older brother Jude Okoye. Paul added in the interview that the EFCC looked into his claims of financial misappropriation and found nothing.

Subsequently, in an open letter in response to his public remarks, Peter claimed that Paul’s interview had damaged both their shared history and his individual contributions to the group. He made it clear that he and his twin are not in any kind of competition.

Nigerians both at home and abroad have responded to their public altercation, and politician Peter Obi personally visited the brothers in an attempt to reconcile them.
