Afrobeats sensation Mr. Fido has teased a new song titled Na God Dey Run Am, giving fans a glimpse of the track on social media. The song showcases his signature melodies and has drawn comparisons to Afrobeats icon Wande Coal.
The teaser comes after Fido’s controversial remarks on X, where he criticized music marketers and asserted that “He was discovered by God.” The song’s title aligns with this sentiment, further reinforcing his claims of divine recognition.
There is no confirmed release date yet, but Na God Dey Run Am is expected to extend Fido’s streak of hit releases. The singer has already had a strong start to 2025 with Joy Is Coming, a viral TikTok sensation that topped streaming charts and the TurnTable Top 100.
Fido also recently previewed a remix of his hit Awolowo featuring Kizz Daniel, who shared a teaser on Instagram on January 15, 2024, with the caption, “Let the year begin … Joy is coming.”
