“Nobody in Ogun State Values Me” – Portable Cries for Justice

Nigerian singer Portable has lamented his treatment in Ogun State, claiming he is unappreciated and calling for justice after nine of his associates were arrested for allegedly assaulting officials of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.

Taking to Instagram on February 9, 2025, Portable expressed his frustration, stating, “ZAzuu I wanted to let you know the right place values you in the right way… Am from Ogun state but no body value me or appreciate my doings.”

In another post, he wrote, “God dey where I dey ZAzuu Am close to God Them no fit do me like FELA I swear to God I promise I no go die young I no be anini ooo make them free me… I no fit suffer for watin I no do… On God my helper go locate me.”

He further pleaded, “Justice for me ZAZUU God where are you.”

Portable reportedly went into hiding after officials attempted to seal his Odogwu Bar and Restaurant for lacking approved permits. He alleged that over 20 people, including artists and customers, were arrested, with their belongings seized, while he remains at large.
