Nigerian singer Reekado Banks has sparked discussions with a cryptic post on X, alleging that certain individuals in the music industry stifle emerging talents.

In his March 25 post, he suggested these figures are either “clueless or demonic,” making poor decisions that hinder artists’ careers. While he didn’t name anyone, he hinted at a future interview to expose the issue.

Reekado, who left Mavin Records amicably, is not believed to be referring to his former label. His claims add to the ongoing debate about artist-label disputes in the Nigerian music industry.
