Nigeria will have strong representation at the 2025 Coachella music festival, with Tems, Rema, and Seun Kuti set to take the stage. The annual festival, held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, is one of the world’s most renowned music events and will run from April 11 to April 20.
Tems, who wowed audiences at the 2024 edition alongside Wizkid and Justin Bieber with a live performance of their hit remix of Essence, will return to Coachella next year.
Rema will make his Coachella debut, riding the wave of his record-breaking success in the United States, where he holds the titles for the most-streamed song and highest-charting single by a Nigerian artist.
Seun Kuti, a pioneer for Nigerian artists at Coachella, will mark his third appearance, the most by any Nigerian performer. He first made history in 2012 as the first Nigerian to perform at the festival.
The Nigerian stars will join an impressive lineup of over 100 artists, including headliners Lady Gaga, Post Malone, and Travis Scott, in what promises to be an electrifying three-day event.
